Kiss Peptin-10

Price range: $54.00 through $86.00 / 10 Vials

Kisspeptin-10 is a potent truncated decapeptide derived from the Kiss1 gene product. Known as a fundamental regulator of the HPG (Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal) axis, it acts as a primary trigger for the onset of puberty and adult reproductive function. In research models, Kisspeptin-10 is utilized to stimulate the natural secretion of gonadotropins, offering a sophisticated method to modulate testosterone and estrogen levels by targeting the brain’s upstream hormonal control centers.

Mechanism of Action

GPR54 Receptor Agonist: Kisspeptin-10 binds with high affinity to the GPR54 (Kiss1R) receptors located on GnRH-secreting neurons in the hypothalamus.

GnRH Secretion Trigger: Upon binding, it stimulates the pulsatile release of GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone), which then signals the pituitary gland.

Downstream LH/FSH Elevation: The increase in GnRH leads to the secretion of Luteinizing Hormone (LH) and Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), subsequently boosting endogenous testosterone or estrogen production.

Restoration of Feedback Loops: Unlike exogenous hormones that may suppress the natural axis, Kisspeptin-10 research focuses on its ability to "restart" or optimize the body's own hormonal signaling pathways.
