CJC-1295 no DAC

Price range: $50.00 through $132.00 / 10 Vials

CJC-1295 Without DAC (also known as Modified GRF 1-29) is a powerful synthetic analog of the naturally occurring Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). By stimulating the pituitary gland, it promotes the endogenous release of Growth Hormone, making it a cornerstone in research focused on muscle recovery, fat loss, and anti-aging.

Mechanism of Action

CJC-1295 Without DAC functions as a potent Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH) analog. Its primary mechanism involves selectively binding to GHRH receptors on the somatotroph cells in the anterior pituitary gland.

Stimulation of Endogenous GH: Upon binding, it triggers a signaling cascade that stimulates the production and secretion of the body’s own natural Growth Hormone (GH).

Preservation of Natural Pulses: Unlike versions with DAC, this "Modified GRF 1-29" has a shorter half-life (approx. 30 minutes), which allows it to mimic the body’s natural physiological pulsatile release of GH. This prevents "GH bleed" and reduces the risk of receptor desensitization.

IGF-1 Modulation: The elevation of GH subsequently stimulates the liver to produce Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 (IGF-1), which is the primary driver behind tissue repair, muscle growth, and metabolic optimization.

Cellular Synergy: It works most effectively when the body's natural somatostatin levels are low, often showing a massive synergistic effect when combined with GHRPs (like Ipamorelin) to create a dual-action GH pulse.

Storage & handling

Storage:Store the lyophilized vial in a cool, dry area protected from direct sunlight.
